Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m a natural health chick, essential oil lover, java-sipping blogger, and 27-year-old bosslady and entrepreneur.
I became passionate about natural health after being misdiagnosed for seven years as my doctors tried to treat a food sensitivity with rounds of prescription birth control #smh. Finally, I was correctly diagnosed with a sensitivity to chemicals used to process non-organic cow's milk.
I was given the tools to support my body through a low inflammation diet, and empowered to regain my health, naturally. I want to help you do the same.
What else? I love Jesus a whole heck of a lot. I come from an Italian-Irish family where chaos, noise and food reign supreme. Travel is my love language: Tanzania, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy and beyond, I’ve loved it all. I have classic rock and roll on my playlist, coconut oil in my coffee, wildflowers on my desk, lavender oil on my face, no shoes but a pretty pedicure, and a whole list of big dreams that I’m checking off one by one. I'm into HIIT workouts, body surfing, krav maga, and barre and I’ve called NY State home for 24 years.

I believe in modern medicine. I also believe that living a natural, toxin-free, and balanced lifestyle is so much better than living below the wellness line, bogged down with crap food, poisonous products, and bad habits.

But you know what? It’s hard to make healthy choices when you’re slammed with jargon, trends, and weird food with tongue-twister names. It’s hard to know what’s true when doctors and naturalists have their horns locked and are giving conflicting information. It’s dang right impossible to know what half of the people on the internet are talking about when it comes to being #healthy.
